Returns policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Items sourced in specifically
• Items marked as final sale

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us, we require the original order to be sent back to us before we can exchange your item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
